Email confirmations for crypto withdrawals are automatically enabled as a best practice for account security. This means any time you send bitcoin or ethereum out of your account, you will be asked to authorize the withdrawal in a confirmation email.

To disable or re-enable this feature, go in the settings page inside the app, click:

Security & Privacy > Email confirmations.

If you have this feature enabled, be sure to click the link in the email you receive whenever you send crypto out. 

If you do not confirm via the email, we will not have your crypto sent out.

Note: If you have the feature enabled and you wish to disable it, please note it will take effect up to 3 days after the request is made to disable the feature.
