Refer someone: Sharing your referral link with a friend
In the Settings page, you'll find a Refer a Friend button. From there, you'll find a referral link that you will be able to send as a link via text message, email or any of your favourite social media networks!
Be referred: Once you receive a friend's referral link
Clicking on your friend's referral link will direct you to our webpage. There, you'll be asked to enter the phone number that will be linked to your Shakepay account.
Then you can click next and instructions will pop up for you to download the Shakepay app and sign up!
Criteria
In order to receive your reward, the new sign up must complete phone, email, and identity verification and purchase at least $100 worth of digital currency.
Once the criteria are met, it will take up to 1 day for the bonus to be credited to both accounts.
If you were referred but the code did not apply properly
Issues getting referred? We provide a 30 days grace period after signing up in order to get this resolved.
How? We invite the person being referred to use the following link in order to manually attach the referral code or @shaketag to their account if they are having issues with the referral attaching at sign-up.
