If you're logged into the website, you're now able to withdraw your CAD via Interac e-Transfer online! Please note that we do not offer crypto withdrawal on our website, only CAD withdrawal.
To withdraw CAD from your Shakepay account online, follow these steps below:
Click on the “Send” tab and then select “Interac e-Transfer”
On the next page, you’ll have two fields you can fill out.
The first field will let you put in a note, if you'd like
The second field is where you’ll put in the amount of CAD you’d like to withdraw
Note: When withdrawing with e-Transfer, there is a limit of $10,000 per e-Transfer. If you are interested in withdrawing larger amounts, we have wire transfers as an option. Don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for more information.
