If your transaction was declined and you received a declined SMS, it's most likely that you do not have enough balance on your card. Please double check your balance and make sure to account for any transaction fees like ATM fees or currency conversion fees (ex: USD card paying in CAD will add 3%).

If your transaction got declined for any other reason and you would like to have us inquire for you, please reach out to us and make sure to provide the following information:

  • Merchant name
  • Amount
  • Approximate date/time
